A: It's coffee. There are no health benefits other than it being healther than taking energy pills. The difference between the two, is that Espresso in the little cups has as much caffeine and to office size coffee things at one time, so if you drank that and coffee throughout the day, your heart will mess up on you faster. What is the benefit of coffee drinking? Its' flavor is good, and its costs are high. Enjoy the coffee. I drink way too much "MUD", Espresso is so tastey, and has lots of H.P., you may think that this is too much coffee but, I no longer drink ANY alcohol, It's GOT to be a better deal !Health benefits?? Haven't heard of any for any kind of coffee! Though I did hear that coffee actually gives you artery blockage!
