Espresso Coffee Pot?
Q: Hi, got a pot as a gift, but the packing has no instructions with it. I know where to fill with water and where the coffee (Espresso) gets put in. The only thing I am unsure about is: When do I take it off the boil, or do I let it boil? If so, how long? Any advice or replys would be welcome. Q : { [ Espresso coffee pot?,... ]. A: Hence; ** [ Just, leave it on until it starts boiling! * If leave it, after eve's " to start boiling " , the coffee will burn,...either!, and, will lose the fresh lovely smell, too! ]. OK. Make sure you put it on a low heat, and when the coffee has come through, turn it off otherwise, as someone else said, it will burn and lose its flavour. Just a tip: Make sure you fill the water up to the level which should be inside the bottom part. If not, up to the hole which is for the vapour.
