Black Tea Coffee
Have you ever heard of the black tea coffee? Your answer certainly depends a lot on the place where you live. For example, if you live in Australia or Africa you probably do not know anything about it but if you come from west Europe or North America then there is just no way you have not heard of that type of brew!
Today you are going to read a lot of interesting facts about that type of coffee and we are also going to bust some myths which have existed for a really long time. Anyway, let's first start with the name of that brew. Doesn't it strange to you? Yes, of course it does! And the reason is probably because of the two words "tea" and "coffee" which are usually two extremely different kinds of drinks. Are you wondering whether we are talking about tea or coffee? Yes, I know that you may get confused and that is why I am going to answer the question right now: the black tea coffee is a type of tea (it is not coffee) and it got its name because of what it contains! You do not need to be a genius to come up with the idea that the black tea coffee contains a lot of caffeine. Actually, did you know that there is no other kind of tea which contains as much caffeine as this one- between 40 and 100 milligrams per 150ml? If you are knowledgeable about the coffee's content you probably know that a cup of espresso contains almost twice more than the black tea but this fact should not make you think that the coffee tea cannot cause sleeplessness when consumed in the evenings.
Anyway, let's go a little bit further and make it clear whether the black coffee tea is useful or not. Perhaps, you could conclude it by yourself as you have already been told a lot of facts about the tea brew. It is certainly much more useful than the coffee because of the less caffeine which is thought to be responsible for many problems with the nervous system. But the black tea coffee contains antioxidants which are extremely useful and needful for our bodies! So if we need to sum it up the black tea is a gift by the nature because it does not contain just the right quantity of caffeine (more would be harmful) but also contains a very high level of antioxidants which are always useful.
