Salvadoran high bourbon coffee and a special type as well

Hello,
I am the owner of a small coffee plantation that is properly certified.
The varieties of coffee that I am interested in selling are bourbon and pacamara from 1000mts and higher. It is a really nice cup and I could send anyone who is interested a sample.
Also I have a special type of coffee which i discovered was being chosen and processed by an animal in my plantation, if anyone would be interested i would also be able to send a sample of it.

Hello rose,
the animal which is processing the coffee is called a tacuazin that i believe is an opossum in english, the animal eats the outer part of the bean and stores the coffee bean in its nest which is later picked by us.
