The Colortrack R/T data logging and color development system is now available for use on any traditional roasting system.
A free trial (Windows version) is available at our website that will allow you to peruse the features and interface. The basic data logging software becomes fully functional on any roaster with the addition of an off-the-shelf Exetech EasyView EA15 (*see amazon.com). Real-time laser color analysis requires the ColorTrack laser hardware from Fresh Roast.
