I have for sale an Avirnaki Smoke elimination System. With this you can roast anywhere without venting, even in your living room
It is built by Coffee-tech systems and is an amazing. Please look at there website for all the important stuff. It can be used with a 2 kilo roaster
or less. New I believe they are about $8000.00, I am am asking for $5000.00 firm. Figure your cost for venting and town regulations and you will ee that
this is a great route to go.
