    There are already a lot of studies done "proving" coffee is good to the body. But as always, coffee consumption should be controlled or in moderation.

    Nothing is healthy when taken to the extreme. The moderation is precisely the difference between "red wine is good for your heart" and "alcohol is bad for your liver". The same goes for coffee, and most people are aware of that.
