Everyone has a different tolerances, which is obvious. We all have different body types and health condition, so recommended daily limit may be not so much to a bunch of people at this forum. But as for me - and that's pretty upsetting - it's just a cup per day. I have always been pretty sensitive to the effects of caffeine.
It's hard to enjoy a good cup of coffee if you feel unusually nervous, dizzy or when your heart is racing.

It seems like you might be a bit extra passionate about your exercising.
Yet I still hope that you just mistyped, mate.

Honestly, I don't worry about it. There is no way too take too much caffeine if you take it via coffee. Your body gets rid of it (one way or the other....) faster than you can get it in. The exception being taking heavy doses of (pure) caffeine via other methods like pills.

I think I started having problems because of the coffee. Can you tell me what to do in this case? One day I decided not to drink coffee at all and I felt really bad. My bones started to hurt a lot.

    Hello Daniel96,

This is the first time I have ever heard of anyone saying their bones hurt a lot after they stopped drinking coffee.

I wonder if anyone else has experienced it ?????

once you start coffee you have to push you back but its really difficult to do this because once you start loving coffee you feel irritation and anxiety without it

Well, there is also an "acceptable daily intake" of MSG from EFSA: 30 mg/kg body weight per day. Does this mean you have to eat 3 g of MSG everyday?

According to various research held by authorized universities and research center, limit for maximum consumption of caffeine on a single day is 400mg. Though i highly doubt it.

To some, 400 mg can kill them; to others, it's like a grain of sugar.

Everything should be used within the limits, over usage can be harmful. We have to to strict with standards.
