    Everyone has a different tolerances, which is obvious. We all have different body types and health condition, so recommended daily limit may be not so much to a bunch of people at this forum. But as for me - and that's pretty upsetting - it's just a cup per day. I have always been pretty sensitive to the effects of caffeine.
    It's hard to enjoy a good cup of coffee if you feel unusually nervous, dizzy or when your heart is racing.
