Because I work with coffee a lot during the week, I notice that it stains not only my clothes, but my fingernails and skin. If I get wet coffee grounds on my hands, it takes several hand scrubbings to get the stain out of my cuticles. My fingernails temporarily turn a yellowish color, and any cracks in dry skin areas on my hands turn dark, too. I can't imagine using coffee for "beauty purposes."

I read somewhere that coffee also helps in losing weight, which means you are beautifying your body.... so this point should also be considered!

How about these wonderful health benefits of coffee?

* Eliminates flatulance
* Causes flatulance
* Raises blood pressure
* Lowers blood pressure
* Contains antioxidants
* Acids can cause reflux, ulcers and IBS
* Stains teeth
* Increases anxiety
* Increases energy levels

Isn't it wonderful? Don't get me wrong. I love coffee. I drink it every day. Usually two cups every morning. I don't feel complete unless I've had my coffee in the morning. You just caught me in a cynical mood.

My sister uses coffee as a scrub, rubs her hands and the whole body - hips, legs, shoulders. Skin like a child! and do not need scrubs from a store with an incomprehensible composition.
