Will coffee help me to lose weight or at least help me to lose weigth?

according to Mayo clinic, drinking coffee will "slightly" help to lose weight, but no significant evidence to back it up".

and some others claim that it does appetite supression and calorie burning due to caffeine, but again there is no strong evidence either.

personally, I would like to drink *instead of gatorade or something similar* cold brew while working out. it seems to help me to make my workout last bit longer.

what about you guys? any feedbacks on this matter?

absolutely. better yet, water with chia seeds will greatly help to fill up your stomach and will help your health.
that comes from my own experience, by the way. ha ha

yes, I think so. almost everyone knows that drinking coffee itself will not make you lose weight. Perhaps that is another stupid marketing gimmick that coffee company came out with.
however, from experience, drinking coffee *cold brew in my case* certainly does increase bit of energy during workout.

Actually, this is debatable. As far as I know caffeine's effects on the CNS may reduce appetite in the short term, but its long term effects can just be the opposite.Caffeine is affecting brain activity, resulting in higher stress levels and anxiety. And an innumerable number of studies link higher stress levels with obesity and overeating in general. So while caffeine has its benefits, I believe it is far from being a perfect weight loss aid, especially when it comes to suppressing appetite. Of course it might be different from person to person, but it general it just works this way.
