[h=2]We've all had that feeling before: Your eyes are glazed over, your thoughts are fading and your body is getting increasingly weak. You're beyond exhausted, but there are numerous more hours within the day. Some days, you only need caffeine, and that is totally understandable. No ordinary cup of joe will do, though. you would like the maximum amount caffeine as possible. Luckily, there are ways to form sure you're utilizing every sip.[/h]

Hello Prince,

My "eyes are glazed over, and my thoughts are fading" trying to figure out why the title of this post is about a Coffee Recipe book, but then you don't mention anything about a book.
If you're planning to SPAM the Forum, please think again, and don't do it - we have a lot of glazed eyes watching you.

That could be really a great help for people who are looking for caffeine health issues. Caffeine is a natural stimulant. Its main effect is on the central nervous system, where it can increase alertness and provide a needed boost when you are tired. Caffeine's effect peaks within an hour after consumption, and the body eliminates half of it within about four to six hours.
