    I actually agree that coffe is really a health drink... for me personally its just like a rejuvenation technique which works miracles on my small mood.. A cuppa hot coffe is i want at late mid-day to maintain me in spirits.. plus it fights headache helping me put less weight on..

    i dont think so. Not too much. Personally, I feel stomach ache if having too frequently.

    Coffee lovers these days is good news. Many recent studies have shown the health benefits of coffee is absolutely true, this also increases the popularity of coffee caused. Although there have been negative health benefits of coffee, in the past, this report heartburn and stomach distress, many positive health benefits is linked to the coffee as well.

    I've recently read that caffeine is helpful at preventing Alzheimer’s disease, liver damage, type 2 diabetes, Parkinson’s, and the possibility of stroke. Of course, it has its negative effects too, and so we should always be searching for a middle ground on how much of it we consume.

    I'm kind of with Pgard on this one, too -- I think a good portion of what's good for me from coffee is the psychological lift I get from drinking it first thing in the morning...just seems to give me a quick jolt and lift my spirits in anticipation of the day ahead.
