I ODED on Coffee and ever sience that night I have been getting Panic Attacks.

Hi all,

I took about 400mg of caffieen in one go in under 10 seconds and then 5 minutes later 200mg of caffieen in one go -> 100% Arbica Coffee, I had 4 cups with coffee filled up just below 1/2 way . I then drank them all down in one go.
Started to feel good... But after an hour I started to freak out... My heart was racing,etc,etc.

Anyway, the panic attack / attacks lasted for a couple of hours.. Then fell alseep on the sofa around 6 am..



Ok now, That is around 2 months ago and I am still having panic attacks. Ever sience that night i have not been right,I have been getting panic attacks ever sinece,

Anyway,
Will this go away?.

It should be ok soon, are you sure its still the caffeine thats causing this? when its out your system it shoulding be affecting you.

I am not an expert by any means, but I have read if you are prone to panic attacks, you really should avoid caffeine. A forum about panic attacks would be a much better source of information for this topic.

I used to drink a hell of a lot of coffee at work and other than caffeine headaches, it also started to make me feel sick every few days. I have to cut it down to one cup every now and again to avoid the feeling.

I know someone who has really bad migraines due to the amount of caffeine he has in cola drinks. He goes through around 10 litres every day
