How large of an amount are you talking?
We have large bins on wheels with sliding plastic lids that hold 150 lbs. of green beans.
Just keep them in a cool, dry place.

Smaller amount at first. Is you bin made of metal, rubber? And is the coffee still in the bag?

The bins are food grade plastic. Coffee is out of the bags.
