Beans in Mexico

Good day Folks
I am about to vacation in Tulum Mexico
Does anyone know of shops selling green beans in Tulum or Cancun

Hmm... hopefully someone does. But I will tell you this. As the Yucatan Peninsula is such a tourist are there are folks selling the worst quality goods at every corner and bazaar. "Cuban cigars" are a good example. 50% of what is sold as Cubans are not even from Cuba, and the rest are so dry or horrible that they are not worth the money. I am sure the same holds true for coffee. If a guy can go to the super market in Merida and buy up all the Folgers he can find and bag it as exotic Mexican coffee to sell at the bazaars he will. His only problem with be the 5 other guys doing the same thing.

One other thing... how do you plan to bring the coffee back? How much? Check the customs regulations first. You don't want to go the the trouble to find good coffee, buy it and just have it confiscated by a customs officer on the way back into the states.
