You are better off buying directly from the roaster instead of going through G/C as your coffee will be much fresher.

The poster's question was where to buy different coffee in one site not where to buy them in piece meal to each of these sites. At any rate, not sure if that site actually holds inventory or just re-route the orders to roasters.

Thanks for all the responses. I'm actually working on a little business plan myself here. The older I get - the more I realize that at least SOME of my income has to be derived from a love and passion of mine (coffee obviously).

So it seems that the greatcoffee.com and discountcoffee.com's of the world may simply reroute directly to the roaster's site, while others actually warehouse and inventory the coffee. The latter is a lot more work, but obviously a lot more revenue. The former is simply affiliate revenue and the like.

And it seems that you all are mostly concerned about quality, so the closer to the source the better. Would that be accurate?

I've bought from them & they do hold inventory. They ship from CT so I had the coffee the next day & it was already old. Others have posted the same experience on CG. You swap freshness for convenience. I wouldn't order from any site that didn't roast & ship per order.
