Coffee taste is based on the aroma first. This aroma has what is known as flavanoids that effect your sense smell differently than anyone else. The best coffee taste may be the one that smells the best. Sniff some beans in a bag to see which one you like best. Better yet, get a grinder and grind only enough for the amount you need. That makes the coffee much fresher tasting.

Are you a regular coffee drinker? If you are, and like the coffee your drinking, then you are drinking the coffee your sense of smell likes the most.

Green Coffee beans are those that have not been roasted yet. You can buy green coffee beans where they sell coffee beans like Trader Joe's if you have one near you. You will then need a coffee roaster. CoffeeMakersShop.com has an inexpensive one.

Remember, a lot of volatile compounds are lost when grinding. Smelling the coffee can give you a general idea of what the coffee will taste like, but you are going to loose a good portion of those to the air. This is why so many people exclaim that "they love the smell of coffee, but don't drink it." Marco has been talking about developing a "wet grinder" to capture those volatile oils which are normally lost to grinding. I will definitely second the idea of buying a grinder for yourself and promote getting a burr grinder as well. Pre ground coffee has far too much surface exposed to air, and coffee tends to be a self containing unit for only a few hours when ground, no matter the packaging. Un ground coffee is fairly good out to two weeks.

That's correct on the "Green coffee". Coffee is a small, high-moisture, seed before it is roasted. You can roast it yourself with very minimal costs. Sweetmarias.com has the best selection and, more importantly, information on this!

Coffee Roasters

Your statements about the changes in coffee when the beans are ground is correct. It is always best to grind just enough coffee for what you need at each time you grind your coffee. By the way, does anyone know of a wholesale coffee roaster company?

Different Coffee products

There are only two types of coffee beans. Arabica (A rib e caa) and Robusta. Arabica beans have less caffeine and make a better aroma and flavor than Robustas. In my opinion, I like the dark roasted Arabica coffee best for its full bodied flavor. Try a few different drinks at a coffee shop like Starbucks or Dunkin Donuts. If they have a good barista there, they can help you narrow down what like or don't like more quickly.

With so many different coffee products available in the markets these days, picking the right beans can be a bit of a hit and miss experience.

Green coffee beans are those that have not been roasted. Many people like to buy green coffee beans and roast just what they need to use in the following week or two. Coffee beans loose their flavor some after they have been roasted. They also loose aroma and flavor a lot faster after they have been ground. This is why so many people buy a grinder. Grind your coffee beans to the appropriate size for the coffee maker you are using just before you brew and you will notice a big difference in the quality of your coffee.

Coffee contains antioxidants that help prevent cancer and heart disease. Studies indicate that regular coffee drinkers are up to 80% less likely to develop Parkinson’s disease. Drinking two cups daily could reduce the risk of colon cancer by 25% and halve the risk of gallstones. Emerging evidence suggests that coffee may help manage asthma, stop a headache, boost mood, and even prevent cavities. Decaf coffee has been found to provide the same stimulative effect as regular coffee, without the caffeine. for such kind of benefit always take http://www.phukhacoffee.com/coffee beans.

Peaberry coffee bean

Guys to me Peaberry is the best...peaberry comes from coffee cherry & are typically separated from the rest of the coffee crop and sold as a higher grade of coffee bean. The distinct qualities of peaberry coffee beans may be due to the beans getting more nutrients from the coffee tree while developing within the coffee cherry. There is also a coffee chain shop situated in Denver, Colorado named after Peaberry.. The store's concept was founded on serving a variety of coffee from all over the world and roasting it in Denver. It was categorized in a menu format called the "Peaberry Profile System". You can try Peaberry and post about your feelings...heres a site where you can find something about peaberry beans..
