Regarding to coffee creamer, most of the ones I see in supermarkets all
contain some milk ingredient. Besides Coffee-Mate, does anyone know
any other brand of non-dairy creamer? Please suggest, thank you.

Be careful though. I've heard that Non-dairy or Lactose Free creamers may not all be safe for those with allergies to dairy products. Some actually contain dairy derived proteins for mouth feel which may, for some, still be an issue.

***disregard above as the original post does acknowledge this as being the reason for the search***

Been using Almond milk that I get at Aldi's, but if I can find coconut milk, that's my preference. I do, however, love to use ghee and blend that in the Vitamix with my French pressed coffee. THAT is by FAR the best coffee EV-AH!!!!
