New to cold brew
I was never big coffee fan, then my aunt introduced me to Toddies. SOo good. I went to visit some family and he made me white coffee. OMG!! but no way I could make that at home. So i bought a Toddy maker and I'm happy with that!! Just wondering how to make it better. I just use coffee mate in it. White chocolate caramel. But im pretty sure its a holiday thing. Anyone have tips?? Thanks!!!

I make simple syrup for use in cold brewed coffee. Just add one cup of sugar to a cup of boiling water, then stir and chill. This allows the sweetener to incorporate with the cold coffee. I like almond milk as well.
We start with a blend of South/Central American beans roasted to medium for the best results. There is more chocolate flavor in our cold brewed beans before adding any sweetener than I detect in a mocha frappuccino from charbux.
