Iced Espresso Drinks

I'm starting to brainstorm ideas and drinks for my coffee shop. I plan on opening in the next couple of years and need some input on a certain espresso drink. I've seen Gorilla Coffee post about an iced espresso drink before but haven't been able to find out how to remake it. I want to say they used club soda but don't know how that would taste.

Has anyone made an iced espresso drink before and if so can you share how you made it. Thanks much appreciated.

So I went down to one of my local coffee shops today and asked if they knew about a similar drink. They didn't but, the barista and I came up with one.
We did about 12 oz of italian soda a little squirt of vanilla syrup and a shot of espresso. It tasted great. Had a good coffee taste with some carbonation. Could be a good summer drink.
