4 reasons why bullet proof coffee is bad for you....

I never had it. Nor have any desire to have one anytime soon....
Anyway, in this video, it will show you why bullet proof coffee is not healthy as they claim to be.

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IKXfO0BHhA4

What this guy (in Youtube) is way more convincing than the descriptions of benefits from bullet proof coffee website.
Personally, I like the #4 reason. Bullet Proof coffee can not replace a good nutritious breakfast! AT ALL!

This morning I just watched a video by Dave Asprey : How to make Bullet Proof coffee.
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4YjLMdx3YZY

He uses a blender to mix coffee with butter & Brain Octane Oil. Yummy!!!.. :+(

and I was thinking... why not make "VitaCoffee" on your own. Just blend B6, B12 vitamins along with few other essential vitamins with your coffee.
Wouldn't that be better for your health?

    There you go.
I just made EnergyCoffee! Taste just like what I had expected it. Creamy, sweet, hint of dark chocolate, ..... all the goodness without all the butter and "Brain Octane Oil".

PS: this will be my power coffee drink before my work out this afternoon.

The video is completely misguided and bordering uneducated ignorance.

My wife had stage 4 cancer (multiple organs and bone). After a tremendous amount of research we learned about ketogenic diet with low protein and massive nutrition via vitamins and superfood blander drinks. The basics are you fast daily from 8pm until lunch time the next day. However for breakfast you drink coffee with butter blended. For lunch you drink a green superfood shake. For lunch you eat a huge salad. One year later my wife is cancer free and she continues this exact diet only she does not take as many vitamins.

Fat has 16x more energy than carbs. Fat is an all around far superior form of energy. Low protein is key to more repair and dramatically less aging. In fact protein is one of the main causes of cancer. Fat is good in the right context.

    New Year is coming.
And perhaps another resolution to be healthy.

If you have time, please watch this video by Dr. Neal Barnard.
and let me know whether you agree with him or not.
    thanks
    have a great weekend.
