How do you like this recipe cold coffee with coconut. Fry coconut roasted in a large hermetic capacity of at least 3 liters, pour coffee and pour water. Shake the container to mix the contents. Cover and leave to stand for 24-36 hours at room temperature. Then strain the drink through a fine sieve or cheesecloth. Before drinking, mix one part of the resulting coffee with two parts of water. Add sugar or cream if desired. The edges of the cup from which you drink coffee can be decorated with coconut chips.

I didn't read all of the recepies from this thread, but I will share one of my favorite (it actually very simple and wide-known).

Espresso coffee (strong to taste), about 100ml (3.3 oz), milk about 100ml (3.3 oz), and amaretto and baileys to taste (about one cup). You can enjoy it hot or cold, but I prefer a cold version of this (with the ice).
