    1. Take a cup of water and heat it till it is about to boil.

    2. Take a strainer and measure and put 1 teaspoon of green tea leaves in it.

    3. Pour hot water into the cup through the strainer. Pour to the bottom part of the strainer is immersed in hot water. If you are using a teabag, then dip tea bag directly into the cup of water.

    4. Take the strainer away (or the teabag) in 2-3 minutes and take a sip to check if this is how strong you would like it to be. If you are making this for someone else, then use a spoon to check the flavor!

    5. Steep again for 30 seconds if you feel the tea needs to be stronger.
This method is recommended if you want to feel the real charm of green tea.

Does jasmine tea have caffeine? will depend on the nature of jasmine tea that one is consuming. The mother nature of jasmine tea runs on zero caffeine. The reason behind no caffeine is the presence of Theanine. Theanine is an amino acid that is present in the jasmine tea leaves. It can counteract the effect of caffeine. It acts as a stimulant that does the same job of alerting a person as caffeine does.
Also if you drink and cannot experience it then it is due to the difference in the quality of jasmine tea. The quality of tea leaves also affects the outcome. Now that it does not carry caffeine as a natural element then you might enquire about whether it is purely caffeine-free? Which brings us to our next question below.
    Is it caffeine-free?

Yes, naturally and logically as per the properties it is caffeine-free. However, this tea is often blended with other teas. Not every other tea but green tea. As herbal tea is not a good match for it to create a unique blend. Jasmine tea somewhere shares the identical properties of green tea. Hence it becomes easy for it to blend with it not just to enhance the flavor or aroma but also to make it stand out with its long-lasting health benefits.
