I started making Turkish coffee, but it seems the coffee grinds (ground to flour) sits on top. When i scoop up the foam, it is not really foam but full of Turkish grind. What am I doing wrong?

Authentic Turkish coffee must always be served with foam on top. Coffee should be allowed to sit for sometime before you actually drink it. This allows grounds to sink to the bottom of the cup and settle. And you're not supposed to drink those grounds. I hope that helps.

Nope. I am talking about while brewing the coffee. WHen I skim the foam off while brewing, I notice a lot of ground in the foam.
