non-"coffee/espresso" drinks??

well this is only my second post here. i have search a bit for something on this forum and am not to good at that...

how would i go about making the vanilla bean creme from star&^%$ my wife loves it but not anything with coffee.

any other non-coffee receipes would be great too!!!

if it is a drink that has no coffee then most likely it is a steamer with Vanilla been syrup and steamed milk.

You can also use white choc and steamed milk.
