Iced Cap: Cold espresso Milk and Froth

fraps usually have sometype of binder such as evaporated milk. and generally have a lot more sugar in them

not necesarily. depends on how long you want the foam to stay put. Espresso by itself with as much suger as you wish (meaning not at all even) foams up very nicely and lasts fro almost half an hour-good enough to serve. Of course Nescafe Frappe you can make a foam that will last for eternity!!!

iced capp?

well,

do not worry there is such a thing as an iced cappuccino. it's pretty common here in singapore.

anyway, to do an iced capp i recommend you use 4 oz of cold milk, a shot of espresso or two and top it up with 3-4 oz of froth.

just a suggestion! hope u like it. :)

iced capps

really I suppose the only difference between an iced capp and an iced latte is the proportion of espresso to milk/froth. When someone orders an iced capp that always said to me "I want cold with alot of espresso". Usualy did half milk half espresso for capps.
