Is there a difference between crema coffee and espresso? Or are they the same thing... I have heard that europe has been making crema coffee which is a different kind than espresso...

By crema coffee, do you mean cafe crema? From what I have read, Cafe Crema is popular in Northern Europe. It is not the same as an espresso. A cafe crema is made by using an espresso machine but with different grind setting and different pressure setting. It's about 5 ounce in volume and pulls faster than an espresso.
