    Yin Yeung

So, is this black tea or green or white? Or, perhaps, there are different types of Yin Yeung? 'Spose I could just whip some up myself, no? Any additional ingredients? Taken straight black, or with cream and sweetener?

Wow! I have to say I've never tried this combination before. Sort of a Yin and Yang drink (Coffee & Tea). Hey that may be a catchy name.

I'll have to give this a try.

I'm usually a straight varietal type of guy, but when I really feel bold and step out of my comfort zone I usually make myself an iced drink that I call a "Chunky Monkey" something I copied from the Ben & Jerry ice cream flavor. It's basically and iced mocha with a splash of hazelnut and splash of bananna syrup. Yummy :P

Give it a try. You'll know if you add to much syrup, because you won't taste the coffee. But when blended right, look out it's a special treat to the taste buds

    Try and enjoy!

We started using iced vanilla lattes, no espresso, extra vanilla for the kids. It's a pretty good hook for the moms. Also there's a site called newdrinksdirect.com with cotton candy and bubble gum smoothies. We have samples coming.

I run a small coffee shop inside a church in Austin Texas called "Holy Grounds". We make a drink called the "Moacha cheesecake freddo". Three cold shots of espresso, whole milk, ice, chocolate, and a small piece of cheesecake. No sugar busters with this one!

Not sure I've ever heard of, "Yin Yeung" but we do make a black chai latte that we add a shot of espresso.
