    Coffee can affect your health if you have acid reflux, IBS and anxiety. Doctors usually would tell you to avoid drinking coffee if you have these conditions

    In my opinion, gradually increase your coffee drinking and keep in mind that drinking too much coffee may not be right for some people.

    Even if we drink too much water, it is harmful
    I think you should drink less coffee but always try to drink the best coffee
