La Marzocco GB5 steam wand doesn't work

Hi This is Big Mug Coffee Roaster in Santa Clara. This GB5 machine is only 4 months old and we have problem with our right steam wand.
We had a leak in our steam wand so we recently changed the replacement kit. And this morning we tried it and it worked perfectly fine. But few hours ago it stopped working. Our wand doesn't even get hot, right side of the machine is just cold. Please help we really need to solve this problem. And our left side of steam wand works great. We called La Marzocco earlier today and they told me to check valve inside the machine, and also the outside. But it worked great in the morning. Please help ASAP!

I would check the valve and make sure it is open and wasn't somehow closed following the repair. Or it's possible that the anti suction valve is not seated properly.

Make certain you have the correct part for your SN.

Sounds like your replacement kit failed, turn off your steam tap shut off valve and check your repair job.
