Saeco Vienna Plus low flow problem

    Hey guys,
hope someone can help with this problem, started with a low volume/flow.
Issue is still present after doing the following:
    1.Descaled 2x, once over night.
    2.Replaced Pump.
3.Replaced Brew Unit O-ring and cleaned the metal filter(dispenser).
4.Checked for restrictions and none found.

There is the normal brewing boiler temp and then another button for frothing, when in the normal mode and trying to get hot water from the frothing nozzle, initially I get a stream and then steam....Low flow causing the water to boil.
    Any ideas?
