xs90 problem

Hello all,

very painless site to join, i've been lurking for a while!. I just bought a Jura xs90 with a view on repairing it as the seller stated it was giving an error#8 which is usually a clean, but upon getting the maschine it appears that the drip tray does not sit correctly all the way to the back of the maschine and it hangs forward on the righthand side,i can't see any obstructions and when i forcefully hold the tray in where it all lines up it will heat and make coffee, can the trays bend?? has anyone had a similar problem,

Try pulling the group out and seeing if you can move it up or down. Usually when the group is out of place it will stop the tray from being inserted all the way.
