Hey Group,
I'm trying to find a grinder for commercial use. Preferably, one that I may use on espresso and pour-over brewer. I'm running on a 110v circuit for a mobile shop. It'll just be me in the back, so simplicity and speed will go a long way. Budget is an issue. I'd like to keep it sub $500. Have read a few reviews and a few forums. So far I'm leaning to a Mazzer or a Baratza Vario. Are there any others that might be a better fit? Anybody run into issues with these? [h=1][/h]
