Keurig 2.0 K560 - Auto On/Off not working

I decided to purchase the K560 series to get the Strong coffee brewing feature. I have programmed the Auto On/Off feature but every morning I still need to press the power button and let the unit warm up which takes a while. My previous two Keurig machines would be warmed up and ready to go when you programmed the auto on time. Do I have a lemon or is this normal? Thanks

I had the same problem with my k300 keurig 2.0. Only 20 days after I bought it. I return the k300 and I bought the older version. Overall I prefer the older version since you can use more cups.

Can you return it?

It sounds like it's time to contact Keruig's Customer Service people. They may be able to troubleshoot the problem over the phone.
