Cimbali M2 Barsystem: espresso won't come out

I have a 9 yr old Cimbali M2 Barsystem that was used in an Olive Garden restaurant for 30,000 shots. I installed this in our kitchen and it has worked beautifully after replacing the pump capacitor that was burnt. One day, espresso stopped coming out. When I use the wash cycle, no water comes out of the espresso spout either. On the screen, I have the error: E66 or E67 which according to the user manual is: Failure to read impulses by volumetric meter of turbine during coffee (or water) dispensing.

I called Cimbali and they indicated that the flowmeter was likely broken, so I replaced that, but I still have the same issue. The manual says:

If the counter works only with a few impulses (flow meter 'Dv' on screen)
- Clean the filters
- Check if the coffee solenoid valve and coffee hydraulic circuit are clogged

Great, a solution!

Now for my novice questions: Where are these filters, solenoid valves, and coffee hydraulic circuits?

I've searched the manual and the spare parts schematic, and don't see any reference to these parts.

Any guidance on this would be much appreciated.
