I purchased a used Rancilio Rocky and apparently it's quite an old model as it uses a screw rather than thumb pin as a grind adjustment stop. At any rate, the screw I missing and espresso replacement part sites only sell the thumb. Does anyone know if I can use a generic screw from a hardware store, and if so, what size and length? Thank you!!

You know if I could find my rocky break down I would tell you the screw size but I can't find it and I forgot to answer this post a few days back.

To be generic you're going to need a M2 - M4 possibly an M6 screw. Not sure how long it is, I would suggest just buying a few different screws and trying them out for length.

Or if you really want to get the right part call Rancilio.
