Helo all I will try to open my own coffee shop but I'm afraid to doesn't the correct selection of the machine and grind:coffeespill:, my professor advice me to buy A Nuova Simonelli Appia II and a grind Eureka for Simonelli also, but he is a saler of the brand also nor I was looping for other options and I found the Rancilio brand and I begin to wondering my self if one is better tan othher in order to start a business.
