New burrs and now terrible grind quality

I have a Grindmaster 875 I use for drip. I installed a new set of burrs, adjusted, and now the consistency is poor at best. I ensured all surfaces were clean during installation.

Do new burrs need to "bed in" before grinding well or did I miss something?

Call Grindmaster and troubleshoot with them. (800) 695-4500

Normally when you install them you should have no real issues. Install, calibrate by touching the burrs, then set the gap back 1 click for turkish and you should be fine.
