Programming card for a La Cimbali M2?

How does one obtain a programming card for a La Cimbali M2 superautomatic? We use one at our coffee shop, and I am an engineer by trade. I am adept at maintaining all of our equipment including the M2, but I can't do everything since I don't have a programming card.


Right now the machine display says "Carry Out Maintenance" which means I'm supposed to call the dealer, who is 120 miles away, and pay them $900 for a service call. I could eliminate that trip if I had the programming card...

You can put the unit into Technician Mode by flipping dip switch 3 into the ON position on the main CPU board.
