How accurate is the temperature reading?
Is it available in degrees Fahrenheit too?
I think it would be a great training tool to use when training a new employee, who is just learning how to steam milk. I'm not sure of its everyday usefulness, or how durable it would be.
Unless I'm missing something, the second jug looks like it shows the heat up to the level of milk that's being steamed, but it doesn't show how hot it is. I'm not sure how useful it would be.
