Mahlkonig EK43 Grind Suggestions

Hi,

We just got a Mahlkonig EK43 and wanted to see what settings (1-11) people are using to brew coffee? Did you use the factory settings or did you adjust them for a specific need? We've been doing some trial and error, but are always interested in what other people are doing

So far we're having good luck using the 7 setting for a V60, it ended up being the same brew time as with our old grinder (about 3:45). We're still working on Chemex, the 10 setting was a bit slow and 10.5 got us a brew time of about 4min, with a nice cup...
