Need Drip Machine For Small Office - With a Catch

The catch is that I am very picky about MY coffee. I roast my own beans, and pull 2 - 4 shots at home every day for Americanos, so that's my frame of reference. I am adding employees to my small office now, and I want to provide a machine. It's not one that I will use regularly, but when I do, I want it to at least brew decent coffee. Honestly, I'll probably lean on my french press when I make my own coffee at the office, but I do not expect the employees to go through that effort. A Keurig is easy, but I wouldn't wish that upon anyone, no offense to you happy Keurig users out there, like my wife.

So I guess when I talk through it, I want them to have a capable machine to use that doesn't suck! An I don't want to break the bank for a Bunn or similar. I think $100 is probably around my high limit, but I'm open to suggestions.

Since you're only interested in spending around $100, take a look at the Cuisinart Grind and Brew machines. You can supply the roasted beans of your choice, and maybe everyone will be happy.

Will there be someone in your office who would be willing to clean the machine parts every day?

I do have a Capresso burr grinder here already that I would use with my french press, so a grinding machine combo wouldn't be needed. In fact, I think I had one of those Cuisinart machines back in the day (before I learned what good coffee is!), and it was a pain to clean. Thanks, but I'd prefer just a dedicated machine. I'm not opposed to spending a bit more for something quality that will last.

A coffee maker should provide you with a quick and hassle free way to brew a tasty beverage. With many of the best machines, all you need to do is add some ground coffee and water and start the machine.
A lot of the newer models are also programmable, so you can set them up before you go to bed, and have a hot brew ready for you when you awaken. Here some god variants http://jonsguide.org/best-drip-coffee-maker/ I recommend Bunn NHS

I have the Clever and quite like it, I haven't had a disappointing cup yet!

Another brewer you might consider is the Bunn BT Velocity. That brewer is a lot like its commercial size brother where it only holds a single batch of hot water at any given time. So adding cold water pushes the hot batch out and brews your cup. Or I'd look on ebay for an older Bunn STF or CW series that can be used as a pour over. The tanks have no problem heating to 203F and they hold about 1.5 gallons of water so you can brew 2 batches back to back. Just a thought.
