Help Please: Looking for a burner for an Otto Swaldo Roaster

Hello, I have an Otto Swaldo roaster but I need to get my hands on a burner or 2. I have been told that ceramic infrared burners are the way to go. Can you make any suggestions based on the roaster (it's a 7lb. roaster).
