Saeco talea giro - heater blocked

Hello, I have the Saeco talea giro coffe machine, and it's heater seem to be clogged up. I have disassembled the machine and cleaned it thoroughly, there is no problem with anything else in the machine. Anyone know a fix for this problem? I am in deep need of proper coffee again!

I have searched the Web for weeks but haven't found anything on this particular problem.
