    Delonghi EC155 leaking

I inherited a the above espresso maker and it has a problem I need help with. As many of you might now, the machine has to warm up before it can brew an espresso. When it is in warm up mode, water leaks from the outlet spout (not the steamer wand) along with copious amounts of steam. It leaks the entire time it is heating up and stops once the green light blinks indicating it is ready to brew. As I don't think this is normal, I pulled the machine apart and there doesn't seem to be a leak from the top and the rubber gasket on the bottom is in good condition. Might the actual boiler have a bad o-ring or gasket? Does any one have any suggestions?

A clue is the steamer wand doesn't seem to have good pressure either.

    Thanks.
