Hello people and Merry Christmas,
I was hoping to start my day with a nice cup of cappuccino from my new (purchaded from amazon.uk and unboxed yesterday)coffee machine but it doesn't seem to work, probably its faulty and i don't know what to do, i search the whole internet to find a solution but nothing seems to help, the three lights (one cup,2 cup and steam button) are constantly on and flashing, to the manual it says that the specific lightening issue its that I turn on the machine while the steam knob was open and all i need to do to fix it its to turn it off and restart the machine (from the button behind) BUT my steam knob its off (fully turned to the right side).
Please any advice? if not anybody knows where they can help me? Trying to avoid the telephone support because i live to Cyprus and it will cost me too much.
