Does anybody know where to get service or repair manuals for Delonghi products?

Does anybody know where to get service or repair manuals for Delonghi products. The closest service center is hours away, I want to debug diagnose myself.

I have a Delonghi primadonna that will not do anything, it come on but that is it, when you chose a drink - nothing happens?
