Saeco Talea Giro fails to complete process after grinding

When I press the button to make a coffee, the grinder begins doing its job, and when the machine is ready to tamp and deliver the water, I hear some noises (gears), the process stops and the dry ground coffee is mostly ejected into the dreg drawer. If I push the start button again, the new cup will likely work all the way. This happens quite often.

I washed and dried the machine properly, and I checked that the magnet switches (coffee receptacle, water and dreg drawer) are clean. I don't know what else to do.

If anyone has any suggestions, i'll be very appreciated. Thank you
