    Jura S95 - crema color

    Hi Guys,
I have Jura S95 on my table, working very well. Only the problem i have with this machine is very light crema. Also i have to use a setting of very high coffee amount to have a good taste. Playing with grinder doesn't help so much as well, it improved but only a little bit. The waste coffee table is very wet ( comparing to krups 8025 i have on my table )

After reading this forum, i already replaced all the o-rings on brewing, but it doesn't helps a lot. I did a small test with extraction time - my 40ml espresso is around 12 seconds. It's too short extraction.

I'm thinking about to change membrane regulator as i have a feeling pressure bar is too high. Do you have any similar experience on any advice what else instead of brewing might be damaged ?

    Thank you.

I replaced both Grinder Burrs and Membrane Regulator on my E8 (I have a thread here). I think new burrs made a difference.

It's hard to compare. Maybe ceramic ones for hand grinder and SS ones for power one. Even SS ones can vary a lot, just like SS knives.

I don't know if this looks normal since I never paid attention. Just for curiosity, I made 1 oz from my Krups EA 9010 to compare:Jura S95 - crema color-img_2196a.jpg
