Breville the Barista Express Espresso Machine, BES870XL for Americano, espresso/cap??

I have seen excellent reviews on this machine. Has anyone used the americano to make larger sizes? How is the machine, espresso americano? I am hoping to replace my Keurig 2.0 and Keurig Rivo.
